At Cypress Fairbanks Medical Center Hospital, we are dedicated to continuing our active role promoting the health of our northwest Houston neighbors. Each year, the hospital sponsors several community screenings and health fairs.

With the help from the Tenet Healthcare Foundation, donations have been made on behalf of our facility to several local organizations that include the Cypress Fairbanks Educational Foundation, Cy-Fair Houston Chamber of Commerce, Cy-Fair Division of the American Heart Association, Cypress Creek EMS, and the North Harris Montgomery Community College District. The Tenet Healthcare Foundation conducts philanthropic grant-making on behalf of Tenet Healthcare Corporation and its hospitals.  The Foundation also provides grants to various educational, social services, civic and humanities-supporting organizations nationwide.

In our commitment to giving back to the community, Cypress Fairbanks Medical Center Hospital developed a Tenet Healthcare scholarship. Through the Tenet Healthcare Foundation, Cypress Fairbanks Medical Center Hospital donates funds to the Cypress Fairbanks Educational Foundation and the North Harris Montgomery Community College District to endow scholarships to persons seeking an education in the medical field.
