Supporting Stroke Survivors and Their Families

Stroke is the third leading cause of death in the United States, and according to the American Stroke Association, one occurs approximately every 45 seconds. CFMCH is proud to announce the Stroke Support Group will begin meeting monthly to help provide stroke survivors and their family members with emotional support and education.
