Resolution of Conflicts

Should you have a concern or complaint about your treatment at this hospital, you have a right to make your concerns known. You have the right to be heard, have your complaints investigated, and receive timely follow up. You have the right to be informed of the process for initiation, review, and resolution of your complaint or grievances, and the right to expect a response to your requests. Initially, please address your concerns with your nurse or the nurse manager.

If you feel that these rights are not being provided, you or your next of kin or other concerned party may request help from the hospital’s Administration. To contact the Administration office, call extension 3100, or call 281-897-3100 if you are calling from outside the facility.

There are also three additional ways to communicate your concerns external to the hospital if you still do not feel your concerns have been addressed.
