Leslie Richards, RN, has been a nurse for over twenty-seven years. She worked at Cypress Fairbanks Medical Center for a number of years when it opened in 1983, and then spent time elsewhere building a strong background in primary care. She is currently serving as the program coordinator for the Cypress Fairbanks Blood Management Program. "I know how important it is to have an advocate when you are considering blood alternatives. I am here to see patients through their continuum of care to ensure that every effort is made to follow their requests,” says Leslie.
