What is Occupational Medicine

An Occupational Medicine Program provides high-quality medical services that are designed to ensure a healthy workforce. These include the timely evaluation, treatment and management of work-related injuries; services such as pre-placement physicals, surveillance evaluations and drug and alcohol testing; and, finally, preventative services such as health screenings, flu vaccines and health-related education.

Cy-Fair Occ Med Clinic takes the approach that our employer partners are worthy of a little extra thought and care.

We treat employee injuries on a case-by-case basis, and recognize every injury is not the same. Our goal is to return each employee to work as a healthy and fully capable worker. In pursuit of our goal, we only prescribe treatments, visits, and prescriptions that are absolutely necessary. We also make sure our treatment decisions are determined by each individual injury, not a treatment guide or book.

Cy-Fair Occ Med Clinic does not have an on-site physical therapy clinic, nor do we employ our own specialty physicians.

Physical therapy is available at Cypress Fairbanks Medical Center Hospital, should it be necessary. Our physical therapy services are designed to return patients to their highest individual level of productivity, in an appropriate amount of time.

We do not employ specialty physicians, which gives us a desirable level of separation in caring for each injured employee. The specialists we refer to are well versed in work injury cases, but do not have any financial ties to our clinic, urgent care, or hospital.

If your clinic is not treating you the way you deserve, then come see our difference. Contact us today.
