Whether you are in the hospital recovering from heart surgery or your physician has recommended cardiac rehab following a heart attack, our comprehensive services and expert therapists are here to help you.

Phase II Cardiac Rehab

Phase II Cardiac Rehabilitation is designed for patients recovering from:

  • Heart attack
  • Stable angina
  • CABG/bypass surgery
  • PTCA/stent
  • Valve repir/valve replacement
  • Heart transplant
  • Other cardiac related events

The program takes a multi-faceted approach to your recovery including:

  • Individualized exercise program
  • Continuous EKG monitoring
  • Blood pressure monitoring
  • Consult wih a registered dietitian
  • Educational materials and group classes
  • Close communication with your referring physician.

Cardiac rehab requires a referral from your physician, and our team will update your health care provider on your progress during the program.

Phase III Cardiac Rehab

Phase III continues your rehabilitative progress following a cardiac event. This is a non-EKG monitored exercise pgoram for those patients who meet specific criteria and who are referred by their physician.

The program includes:

  • Individualized exercise program
  • Blood pressure monitoring
  • Supervised exercise environment by clinical staff
  • Educational materials and group classes
