Communicating Your Concerns
If you have a concern about your treatment at Cypress Fairbanks Medical Center Hospital, you have a right to make your hospital complaints and concerns known. You have the right to be heard, have your complaints investigated and receive timely follow up. You have the right to be informed of the process for initiation, review and resolution of your complaint or grievances, and the right to expect a response to your requests. We ask that you address your concerns with your nurse or the nurse manager so we can do as much as possible to fix any problems that may exist.
If you feel your patient complaints haven’t been addressed and your rights aren’t being respected, you or your next of kin or another concerned party may request help from the hospital’s administration. To contact the Administration Office, please call extension 3100 or (281) 897-3100 if calling from outside the hospital.
